Consumer Purchase Terms and Conditions – Cancellation and Return

These Consumer Purchase Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you and CityTrend, governing all consumer purchases of products from our store. By purchasing any Products from CityTrend or using them, you agree to these Terms entirely.

Please read these Terms thoroughly as they outline your responsibilities and rights. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to arbitration.

BASIC CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

To cancel or return an order, you must obtain written approval from CityTrend via email at service@citytrend.com. Any cancellation without approval will be rejected, and the order process will continue. Products returned without our consent will be rejected and sent back to you at your expense.

Concerning minor flaws and stains on products:

• Within seven days of receiving the package, inspect the product for any flaws or stains. Contact us promptly if issues arise beyond this period. Delays beyond seven days will be deemed as flaws caused during customer use.
• Contact us within seven days of receipt for support. We may offer coupons or other compensations for verified issues.
• Minor flaws and stains may result from production or transportation processes. If unsatisfied, refrain from using the product further, retain its original packaging, and reach out to us for assistance.

CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPPING LABEL CREATED

Orders can be fully canceled if a shipping label has not been created yet.

CANCELLATION BEFORE ORDER SHIPPED (SHIPPING LABEL ALREADY CREATED)

Orders not yet shipped but with a shipping label will incur a ten percent (10%) processing fee based on the original price.

CANCELLATION AFTER ORDER SHIPPED

Once shipped, orders cannot be halted. Customers must reject the delivery on arrival or receive it, then contact us for a return shipping label. Refunds will be issued after the package return, subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee.

CANCELLATION AFTER ORDER DELIVERED (PACKAGE NOT OPENED)

If a delivery is completed within seven days and the package remains unopened, customers can cancel. After approval and providing proof, customers must return the full package to the original delivery service at their expense, subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee upon inspection.

CANCELLATION AFTER USED (NON-QUALITY REASON)

For non-quality related cancellations within 30 days of delivery, customers need prior authorization for return. After repackaging the product, return it to the original delivery service at your cost. A twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be applied upon inspection.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCT

Certain items, including special orders, used products, and sale items, are non-returnable unless in extreme cases. Contact us for approval if needed.

REFUND CONDITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS

Typically, refunds are processed within seven (7) business days. Late refunds may occur due to various reasons - please provide relevant proof and contact us for assistance.

Kindly refrain from rejecting FedEx/UPS packages. Sign for the parcel and contact us for a return label before proceeding with the return.
